    A dog attacked a 9-year-old girl in East Baltimore on Tuesday. The victim is in the hospital where she is being treated for dog bites to her hands, arms, and shoulders. Her condition is unknown. The attack was by a pit-bull type dog. The girl was attacked in the 800 block of Bonaparte Ave. shortly after 6 p.m. The dog wore no collar or tags that would identify it or its owner, Anderson said....
