Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Injures 12 at a Charlotte, North Carolina Grocery Store

The Charlotte Observer is reporting that 12 people have been hospitalized as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning that occurred at a downtown Charlotte grocery store. It appears at least one person might have life threatening injuries.

The incident occurred prior to the store opening and it appears those affected were employees and not customers.
